So this page will be my outlet for all of my fitness related loves, hates, shares, etc. Back in a previous life I was a personal trainer. Actually, I had my own training business and I operated it out of my garage, which I’d converted to a full fledged gym. It was so cool and I loved having that element of personal interaction with my clients; helping them achieve their goals was so damn fun and gratifying. But a couple of moves and a relocation to Florida from Ontario, Canada, and I am no longer a trainer but definitely still work out on the regular. It’s such an ingrained part of my life that I can’t imagine going without it! Right now I’m enjoying boxing at TITLE Boxing Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida as well as the odd HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. Here’s one of my all time faves.
